The Township Master Plan is the official policy guide used by the Township Board and Planning Commission to resolve existing and anticipated community development issues. Through text and maps, the Master Plan illustrates the desires and attitude of the community toward future growth and development. Further, the Plan promotes continuity in development policy as appointments to the Planning Commission and the make up of the Township Board changes over the years.

This document represents the update of the Augusta Charter Township Master Plan, which was last updated December 14, 2004.
